Nose thread
The Nose thread series is specially designed for nose procedures of stereoscopic volume and holding.
Innovative threads with unique and strong barbs improve the attachments to the tissue and therefore give a better lift and long-lasting result. Nordyx uses the best material that stays the longest time in the tissue to obtain maximum results – PLACL, is a combination of PCL (Polycaprolactone) and PLLA (Polylactic-acid). Biocompatible materials are resorbed by the tissue without any residues.
Stimulates the formation of new collagen, elastin, capillaries, and HA, which results in a stronger and more elastic tissue.
Stimulates angiogenesis (formation of new capillaries) which increases blood circulation and delivers more nutrition to the skin.
Long-lasting results without surgery – no scar formation or irreversible changes.
Double Screw threads have the purpose of giving volume and rejuvenation to a chosen area. They can also be used for lip augmentation.
The threads come in sharp cannulas in the size 26G to 26G, and in lengths from 38mm to 90mm.
The vast majority of screw threads on the market today are made of PDO, but this material dissolves quickly in the tissue, and will therefore give a short-term effect.
Studies have shown that after 24 weeks there is less than 30% left of the PDO material, while there is more than 64% left of PLACL.
Therefore, Nordyx only uses the PLACL material in all its thread types as this will give both better effect and longer duration.
They are often used to generate volume, definition, and revitalization in certain areas like lips, cheeks, and mandibular areas. They are placed just under the dermal layer of the skin – in areas that need to have more volume or that need to even out depressions in the skin, or in the skin that has wrinkles or needs to be revitalized, or where there is a need for giving more volume and definition to a certain area. These threads can in many cases be a substitute for dermal fillers, and they are very easy and safe to place in the tissue.
