Ragni Elisabeth Funner graduated as a dentist from Oslo University in 1988, and has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic treatments. She was one of the first in Scandinavia to take filler courses in 1998 in Oslo.

Over the past 20 years, she has practiced and trained nurses, doctors and plastic surgeons in, among other things. filler injections, mesotherapy injections, thread lifting and PRP treatments.

Ragni has extensive experience in the aesthetic field. She has worked in her own clinic as a dentist for almost 30 years, and with aesthetic treatments for almost 20 years. With her background and experience, she is a highly sought-after course instructor and therapist.

With a background as a dentist, the face is a field dentists know the anatomy of down to the smallest detail, and an area they are used to dealing with both aesthetically and medically. Dentists are used to working with their fingers and with injections, and are very detail-oriented, so the transition from dentist to aesthetic therapist was not a big one.

5 years ago she sold her dental clinic to work full-time with Amedica. Now she also works as our certified expert in connection with training for plastic surgeons, nurses, dentists and doctors with a focus on injections and thread lifts. She also works as a therapist with thread lifts at, among others, Beth’s Medispa in Oslo.

With professional competence and extensive experience, she developed her own techniques in thread lifting. She has also developed her own threads together with one of the world’s few producers of PLACL threads. PLACL threads lie longer in the tissue and give a better and longer-lasting result compared to normal threads. Ragni and Amedica have therefore chosen to invest in this material. These threads, Nordyx, which is Amedica’s registered trademark, came on the market in 2019, and also received CE in 2019. The Nordyx threads are the result of her wide experience in thread lifting. With more than 1,000 thread lifts behind her, she is most likely one of those who have done the most thread lifts in Scandinavia. Thus, she is able to give the course participants as much competence as possible, and also helps to develop new techniques. Her experience also means that she can more easily give customers the best and most optimal thread lift treatment.

Trine is a qualified Health Secretary and has extensive experience from the service industry, where she has worked as a department manager and store manager in various retail stores and as a beauty consultant.

She has trade and office, study specialization and leads education as well as several different courses in sales, service and skin care

Trine currently works as Amedica’s Key Account manager and is fantastic at customer follow-up. She organizes Amedica’s courses and works well with the team, so that customers can get the best possible service and follow-up.

Kine is a trained healthcare worker who has worked in somatic and psychiatry for several years. She is now taking a bachelor’s degree at Høyskolen Kristiania in marketing and sales management. She previously had her own clinic, and has courses in skin care and treatments. Kine has good experience within the service industry and currently works as sales and product manager Mesoestetic at Amedica.

Silje is a trained cosmetic nurse. She graduated from the Senzie Academy, University of southeastern Norway. Silje specializes in skin and injection treatments. She is passionate about skin health and custom tailors treatments to achieve a natural and optimal result.

Silje has previously worked as a teacher at the Senzie Academy where she taught skin, medical skin treatments, and injection treatments. She has also been responsible for micro-needling and mesotherapy at Senzie.

Silje is a certified therapist of Allergan and Teoxane.

Silje also practices in two clinics, Skin Medispa and Skin Røyken, where her main focus is to prepare a custom treatment for the patients. She works mostly with combination treatments, micro-needling, mesotherapy, medical peels, botox, rags, and thread lifting.

Silje has a long experience as a nurse, she has worked in both somatics and psychiatry. She worked in the health sector for 20 years.
